smooth tasting red curry made with a paste of dried red chillis, two varieties of thai aubergine, sliced bamboo, sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves, in coconut milk.

a more rustic country style curry, made with mixed chilli paste. A less creamy texture than the styles above.

chicken in a creamy rich, yellow curry made with yellow chilli paste, with potato and onion

33. kaeng masaman nuea
a robust, mild beef curry of the south, mage with mixed chilli paste, peanuts and herbs, in coconut milk

34. kaeng paed ped yang
slices of duck in a sweet, fruity red curry, with pineapple, sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves, in coconut milk
