Thai cuisine uses nam pla fish sauce, oyster sauce, black bean sauce, palm sugar and soy sauce to flavour dishes, with curry pastes (chilli based), fresh ginger, fresh galangal root, fresh lemon grass, fresh corriander, fresh kaffir lime leaves, garlic, and fresh holy basil and sweet Thai basil.

Allergy advice:
Thai
Nam pla fish sauce contains anchovies, salt, sugar. May contain shellfish. Gluten free. Oyster sauce contains barley and wheat, soya and molluscs (oysters). Soy sauce contains wheat, soybean, salt and sugar. Sweet chilli sauce contains red chillis, sugar, garlic, tapioca starch and salt. May contain sesame seeds.
Peanuts, cashew nuts and sesame seeds are used in some dishes and there may be nut traces in other dishes. Dessicated coconut used in batter may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.
Dishes using wheat flour contain gluten and egg noodles and pad thai noodles contain eggs. Egg noodles contain flour and egg and may contain nuts, sesame seeds, milk, soy, mustard and celery.
We use squid, mussels, fish and prawns extensively in our menu. Vegetable oils (GM) may be iused only if an alternataive is unavailable. All our meat, fish and vegetables are locally sourced and Thai ingredients are authentic (jasmine rice fresh Thai herbs).
