Brighton Pier and Beaches
From Quadrophenia to Carry On Girls, Brighton’s beaches and Pier have featured in more films and TV than you can shake a stick at. Things to see: London to Brighton Veteran Car Rally, London to Brighton Bike Ride, Burning the clocks, Veteran commercial vehicles...all end up on Madeira Drive. Throw some pebbles into the sea and unwind on the beach before a short walk to St James Street for some refreshment.

The Royal Pavilion
East meets west at the Brighton Pavilion, in the physical, cultural and historical heart of the city. John Nash’s oriental palace has been inextricably linked with the identity of Brighton since Queen Victoria decided she was not amused.

Sawadee is just a short stroll from the Pavilion. Turn immediately left as you leave the Pavilion, turn left into the main street and then make your way across the road junction at Old Steine and up into historical St James Street. Five minutes.
